What happens if I move within Texas?
Nothing changes. Update your shipping address in your member portal and your protocol follows you. Care continues with the same physician anywhere in the state.
What if I move out of Texas?
We would have to stop, and we will tell you plainly rather than quietly keep billing. A physician can only prescribe where they hold a licence, and Conduit’s physician is licensed in Texas. If you leave the state we will help you close out and refund the unused balance.
Who reviews my case?
Tobore Kokoricha, MD, Conduit’s medical director and a Texas-licensed physician. He reads every intake, signs every protocol, and reads every monthly check-in. Your case is not routed to an anonymous clinician network.
What does it cost?
One all-in number. Weight loss starts at $129 a month on a 12-month plan, or $169 month to month. Physician review, monthly adjustments, medication and delivery are all included. There is no membership fee and no consult fee, and you are only charged if a physician approves your protocol.
What if the physician says no?
Then you are not charged, and anything already paid is refunded in full. A physician declining a case is a normal outcome of a real review, not an edge case we hide from.
