Yes. The pen is ISO 11608 compatible and accepts standard 3 mL cartridges — the same form factor used by every major disposable injector in the category.
The pen itself does not — store it at room temperature. Most reconstituted molecules require refrigeration. The platform tells you the storage rule for whatever you’re running.
Full replacement on any device defect. Unopened devices are returnable within 30 days, no questions. Once a cartridge is loaded, that pen is yours.
Every order ships with a sharps disposal pouch. Drop it at any pharmacy take-back location, FDA-approved mail-back service, or local sharps program. Never in household trash.

Conduit is the company. The pen is hardware — sterile, built for one molecule per pen, ISO 11608 compatible, ethylene oxide sterilized, individually sealed. We don’t ship drugs, the substance, or diluent. What goes in the pen is your choice and your responsibility. Our job is to make sure the dispensing part is something you don’t have to think twice about.
