Last updated July 24, 2026. This is a draft pending review by counsel.
These terms govern your use of Conduit. The parts most people actually need are Section 4 (how billing works) and Section 5 (how to cancel and what we refund) — they say exactly what we charge, when, and what happens when you stop.
1. Who we are, and what Conduit is
Conduit is operated by Conduit Health, LLC ("Conduit," "we," "us"). Conduit is a technology and administrative platform. We are not a medical practice and we do not practice medicine.
Clinical decisions — whether a protocol is appropriate for you, what is prescribed, at what dose, and whether it continues — are made solely by independently licensed physicians who use the platform. Medication is compounded and dispensed by a licensed third-party pharmacy, not by Conduit.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Conduit does not guarantee that any physician will approve you for treatment.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, physically located in a state where a Conduit-affiliated physician is licensed, and legally able to enter into this agreement.
You agree that the information you provide during intake is accurate and complete. Your physician relies on it. Withholding or misstating medical history can make treatment unsafe, and is grounds for us to decline or discontinue service.
3. The consultation and prescription
Your intake is reviewed asynchronously by a licensed physician. If they approve a protocol, they issue a prescription and it is routed to a licensed pharmacy for fulfillment.
A physician may decline to prescribe, may request more information, or may prescribe something different from what you requested. A physician may also modify or discontinue your protocol at any time based on their clinical judgment.
If your physician does not approve a protocol, you are not charged for medication — see Section 5.
4. Subscriptions, billing, and renewal
Protocols are sold as recurring subscriptions. You choose your term at checkout:
- Monthly — you are charged the monthly rate once a month. No commitment.
- Quarterly — prepaid, three months at a time.
- Semi-annual — prepaid, six months at a time.
- Annual — prepaid, twelve months at a time.
Longer terms cost less per month because they are a commitment. Wherever we show a price for one, we show the commitment beside it in the same size type. Medication is shipped to you monthly regardless of your billing term, because a multi-dose vial has a limited life once opened — a prepaid term is paid in advance, not delivered all at once.
The exact amount, the cadence, and the length of the commitment are shown on the product page and again at checkout before you pay. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the start of each billing cycle, at the then-current price for your term, until you cancel. We email you before a prepaid term renews.
Renewals are conditional. We only charge a renewal while you have an active, physician-approved protocol. If your physician has declined, discontinued, or paused your treatment, your subscription is paused rather than billed.
If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before you are charged the new amount.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from your member portal at app.getconduit.co. It takes effect immediately, in the same medium you signed up in, and there is no cancellation fee and no retention call. If you cannot reach your portal, write to us at the postal address in Section 13 and we will action it on the date we receive it.
Cancelling is always available. What a longer term commits you to is the discounted rate, not the ability to leave — if you cancel part-way through a prepaid term, the months you already received are recalculated at the month-to-month rate, as set out below.
Our refund commitments:
- Not approved, not charged. If a physician does not approve a protocol, you receive a full automatic refund of any amount paid for that protocol.
- Prepaid terms are refunded at the month-to-month rate. If you cancel mid-term, your refund is what you paid minus the month-to-month price of each month already shipped to you. Example: you prepay twelve months at $129/month ($1,548), the month-to-month price is $169, and you cancel after three shipments — your refund is $1,548 − (3 × $169) = $1,041. A cancellation never results in an additional charge; the most it can cost you is the discount you had not yet earned. Medication already shipped is not refundable.
- Cancelling stops future billing. Cancellation takes effect for all future cycles; it does not retroactively refund cycles already delivered.
Prescription medication that has been dispensed and shipped cannot be returned or resold, for safety and legal reasons. This does not limit any right you have under applicable law.
6. Shipping and delivery
Medication ships cold-chain from the dispensing pharmacy to the address you provide. You are responsible for giving us an accurate, current shipping address and for being able to receive a temperature-sensitive package.
Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Fulfillment depends on the pharmacy and the carrier.
7. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since we use email links to sign you in.
Your account is for you alone. Do not share medication prescribed to you with anyone else — it is unsafe and unlawful.
8. Privacy and health information
Your health information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We share it with your physician and the dispensing pharmacy because they need it to treat and serve you. We do not sell your health information.
9. Communications
By creating an account you agree to receive transactional messages about your care, orders, and account. These are not marketing and you cannot opt out of them while you have an active protocol. Marketing email is separate and optional — every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link.
10. Disclaimers and limits
Conduit provides the platform "as is." We do not warrant any particular health outcome. Individual results vary, and published clinical trial figures describe the medication studied — not a promise about you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Conduit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here limits a physician's or pharmacy's own professional responsibility to you.
11. Emergencies
Conduit is not for emergencies. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use the portal to report an emergency — it is not monitored continuously.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights or your subscription, we will notify you by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use Conduit after that means you accept the updated terms.
13. Contact
Questions about these terms, your subscription, or a refund: secure message in your member portal at app.getconduit.co, or the form at getconduit.co/contact.
