Is Conduit a Houston clinic?
No. Conduit is a Texas telehealth practice with no physical location. Everything happens online and your protocol is delivered to your door, anywhere in the Houston metro.
How does this compare to a hospital weight-management programme?
They are different products and worth being honest about. A hospital programme can offer in-person assessment, labs drawn on site, dietitians and bariatric surgical pathways. Conduit offers physician-managed medication with a monthly review and a single transparent price. If your case needs in-person workup or you are considering surgery, a hospital programme is the better fit, and our physician will tell you so.
Do you deliver to the suburbs?
Yes. Delivery goes to any address in Texas, including Katy, Sugar Land, The Woodlands, Pearland, Cypress and Spring.
Who reviews my case?
Tobore Kokoricha, MD, Conduit’s medical director and a Texas-licensed physician. He reads every intake, signs every protocol, and reads every monthly check-in. Your case is not routed to an anonymous clinician network.
What does it cost?
One all-in number. Weight loss starts at $129 a month on a 12-month plan, or $169 month to month. Physician review, monthly adjustments, medication and delivery are all included. There is no membership fee and no consult fee, and you are only charged if a physician approves your protocol.
What if the physician says no?
Then you are not charged, and anything already paid is refunded in full. A physician declining a case is a normal outcome of a real review, not an edge case we hide from.
