How protocols are sold
Protocols are recurring subscriptions. You choose your term at checkout, and the exact amount, the cadence, and the length of the commitment are shown on the product page and again at checkout before you pay.
- Monthly — charged once a month, one month at a time. No commitment.
- Quarterly — prepaid, three months at a time.
- Semi-annual — prepaid, six months at a time.
- Annual — prepaid, twelve months at a time.
Longer terms cost less per month because they are a commitment. Annual is the lowest rate — around 20% below the month-to-month price on most programs. Whenever we show one of these prices, we show the commitment next to it, in the same size type. A price like “$129/month” will always be written as $129/month · on a 12-month plan.
Automatic renewal
Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing cycle — monthly, or at the end of your prepaid term — at the then-current price for your term. We email you before a prepaid term renews, so a twelve-month charge never arrives unannounced.
You can cancel at any time before a renewal to avoid it. See Refunds for what happens if you cancel part-way through a prepaid term.
One price at every dose
Your price does not change as your physician adjusts your protocol. If you are titrated up over time, you pay the same amount you agreed to at checkout. We do not add per-dose surcharges, and we do not price by strength.
Renewals are conditional on your physician
This is the part that differs from an ordinary subscription, and it is deliberate. We only charge a renewal while you have an active, physician-approved protocol. If your physician has declined, discontinued, or paused your treatment, your subscription is paused rather than billed. A renewal is a clinical decision here, not a calendar event.
Add-ons
Add-ons are optional and are always sold separately — nothing is bundled into a protocol as “included.” They are billed monthly or quarterly only, never on a semi-annual or annual term, and the price is the same either way; quarterly simply prepays three months at that rate.
Add-ons run independently of your protocol's term. You can add or drop one in any month without affecting the plan it sits alongside, and dropping an add-on does not change your protocol price or your commitment. Most of the menu is meant to be cycled rather than taken continuously, which is why the term is capped.
Price changes
If we change the price of your subscription, we will notify you by email before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before you are charged the new amount. A price change never applies retroactively to a term you have already prepaid.
Cancelling
Cancel at any time from your member portal at app.getconduit.co. It takes effect immediately, in the same medium you signed up in, with no retention call and no cancellation fee. If you cannot reach your portal, write to us at the postal address below and we will action it on the date we receive it.
