How does the 12-month plan work?
You pay for the year up front at the lower rate, and your protocol still ships monthly — a punctured vial is only good for about 28 days, so nothing sits in your fridge going stale. Cancel mid-term and the unused balance is refunded at the month-to-month rate.
Does my price go up as my dose goes up?
No. One price at every dose. If your physician adjusts your dose, your price stays where you agreed at checkout.
What if my physician pauses my treatment?
Your billing pauses too. We only charge a renewal while you have an active, physician-approved protocol.
Are there other billing terms?
Quarterly and semi-annual terms exist at checkout if you want a middle step — but the honest math is that annual is where the real saving lives, so those are the two we show.
What about add-ons?
Physician-recommended add-ons run $79–$229/mo, offered inside your portal once your protocol is running — always optional, never bundled into your price, and cancellable on their own.
