What the options look like
around here.

Austin is full of people who already measure things. Sleep, training load, macros, resting heart rate, all of it tracked. The gap is rarely data and rarely discipline. It is that most of the wellness market here sells an optimisation product with no clinician meaningfully attached, or a clinic membership that turns into a second subscription you forget you have.

Conduit is the plain version. One named Texas-licensed physician writes and signs your protocol, adjusts it against your monthly check-in, and charges the same whether your dose goes up or down. The numbers you get back are ones a doctor actually acted on.

Cold-chain delivery reaches every Austin address, from Zilker and Mueller out through Round Rock, Cedar Park, Pflugerville and Dripping Springs.

It ships, then it adapts

Austin, specifically.

Is there anything to attend in Austin?

No. Conduit has no clinic and no in-person appointments. Intake, physician review, monthly check-ins and messages are online, and your protocol ships to your door.

How is this different from an Austin wellness or longevity clinic?

Most of those charge a membership and then charge again for what you actually receive. Conduit has a single all-in price with no membership layer, and the person making the clinical decisions is a named physician rather than a protocol on a menu.

Can I see what the physician changed and why?

Yes. Your member portal carries your protocol, your check-in history, and a direct message thread with the physician. When a dose changes you can see that it changed and read the reasoning.

Who reviews my case?

Tobore Kokoricha, MD, Conduit’s medical director and a Texas-licensed physician. He reads every intake, signs every protocol, and reads every monthly check-in. Your case is not routed to an anonymous clinician network.

What does it cost?

One all-in number. Weight loss starts at $129 a month on a 12-month plan, or $169 month to month. Physician review, monthly adjustments, medication and delivery are all included. There is no membership fee and no consult fee, and you are only charged if a physician approves your protocol.

What if the physician says no?

Then you are not charged, and anything already paid is refunded in full. A physician declining a case is a normal outcome of a real review, not an edge case we hide from.
